It's all about the tone...

The question is whether you always have to act like the last xxxx. But on the other hand, you shouldn't pretend to be someone else, so whatever.

Good that Steffen earns 20,000 net a month and only has to finance €75,197 anyway, as we all know.

He's just a straightforward guy. But why should one act nice? I also find it a bit cheeky to say yes 130% financing and ideally provide instructions on how to get it.

As already written... I am really looking forward to the first pictures of Steffen's castle.

Oh guys... I neither earn 20,000 net per month nor am I building a castle. So far we haven't started building at all because the building permit is still missing. The future house is certainly not very small... but otherwise corresponds pretty much to a completely normal single-family house. The current calculation is about 1700 EUR per sqm. No idea what should be special about that. There are plenty here in the forum who write about 2000+ EUR per sqm.

I get that you are building a normal house and have a more or less normal household income, but you polarize through your partly somewhat arrogant rhetoric and provoke reactions – even if there is often truth at the core.
