I would first ask myself why I don't have a key to the house that I am having built and paying for, on the other hand, there are workers on the construction site, so it shouldn't be a problem to enter the house.

I rather wonder what went wrong? I would first ask the developer if he is all there.

And that a house needs to be ventilated after the screed is laid is actually logical, how else should the moisture get out of the house?

and the quality of the acrylic sealant at the ceiling is obviously done with at least 3 per mille (or alternatively by a small child on a ladder). The other things also caught my eye immediately :oops:
