Damages to stones in the shell construction

we are ready to start with our new build and have decided on a regional construction company. Today, by chance, we visited a shell construction by the company (in a larger new development area), and in our (rather inexperienced) eyes, the workmanship was not as neat as we saw in another shell construction in the same development area.
Is it acceptable, for example, to build a wall without staggered bricks? Is what you see there still within the norm? We are just a bit unsure.

The few chips on the stones are nothing unusual. The missing bond is rather noticeable. I don't really like it and it will eventually crack. I would complain about that. It is not acceptable from a craftsmanship point of view.

It is always important to be on the construction site every day and check everything. When the construction company realizes someone is paying attention, such things happen less often. But most people think, I order a house like a car, pick it up and that's it.

The wall stands in the room; it appears to be a projection to separate the kitchen from the living area. As said: it is not our shell construction, but from the company we want to build with.

I’m happy to name it, the company has been asked about here in the forum several times but it seems there are no experiences available. So far, we are very satisfied with the consultation, the offer, the accessibility, and the overall appearance! And as I said: complete novices ;-) You don’t see a shell construction like this that often....
