Cut concrete beam ceiling for recessed light installation

I have a concrete beam ceiling (see attachment)... I would like to install a recessed light 18x18 cm and 10 cm deep in the WC. Can I cut out this 18x18 cm in the ceiling without any concerns? Will I then have a problem with the ceiling's structural integrity? I want to avoid a suspended ceiling. Thanks

You probably then have a static problem with the ceiling, you are damaging the load-bearing structure. Doesn't an LED panel in round or square also work?

if cuts are made between the beams, I would consider it (but wouldn't be sure ... it depends on what's going on above there) One should never cut a beam (or even cut through it).

Update: Of course, I will definitely not attack the carrier, I'm concerned about the middle cavity in the brick. On top is the attic (floor insulated) which probably won't be converted.

Suspending the ceiling is not really an option?
