Sure, I can do that.... So I'm not so sure anymore about the bathtub. We don't have children yet and we also have a bathtub now. I've been in it once in the last 3 years. (Meine Freundin) hasn't been in it more often either.... Do you notice anything else?

I wouldn’t buy a house that doesn’t have a bathtub. Therefore, it probably also affects the resale value. Of course, when you think about a new building, you don’t really consider that, but you should at least have thought about it. And children without a bathtub – sure, it’s possible – but for us, it’s unimaginable ;)
