Cracks in the prefabricated garage during the warranty period. Is an expert report necessary?

We have cracks in the prefabricated garage during the warranty period. The company is coming by to look at/remove the damages. Should I order an expert to have the damages documented in case the cracks reappear in the future?

What do you expect from the expert or do you have reason to believe that the garage is defective overall? If the cracks – which is not uncommon – are repaired, then everything is fine, right?

Has the substrate been structurally (tested) flawless?

Strip footings were created on my behalf. However, the garage company accepted them. I have a question about that: even if a footing sinks slightly, it wouldn't have any effect anyway, since the garage only rests on 4 points??!!
