logical but if e.g. the front foundation sinks then it is just a bit lower in the front but since it only rests on 2 points anyway it shouldn't matter. apart from that, I don't see that it has sunk. I would see that at the transition to the driveway paving

Not necessarily; the DIN - including the case law - even allows for dimensional tolerances here
