Hello,
I just got home and I see that the delivered Personlig custom worktop is broken in the middle. :eek: The movers definitely carried the board the wrong way, namely flat.
The problem now is that the assembly team arrives tomorrow at 7, but customer service is only reachable from 8 onward.
What am I supposed to do in this case? Send the assembly team home again and wait three weeks with a cluttered living room for a new board? Have the kitchen installed up to the worktop? ... I'm a bit at a loss about what to tell them tomorrow morning :confused:
