That was the plan back then - it ended up being a bit more expensive. We were at about 300 cubic meters, where most of the sand was removed, in the end just under 6,000 euros.

Earthworks here basically mean digging out, storing, backfilling and hauling away.

No drainage work - that cost nearly 2 more [Scheine].

Ok, drainage work is included with us, for an excavation a volume of 540cbm was specified for a house floor area of 113sqm, including disposal and landfill fees. In fact, we only need a floor area of 91sqm, which would still correspond to 435cbm. Something doesn't add up there. Which floor area is basement in your case? Thank you.

11.50m x 9.50m - plus the workspace, which was very small.

Of course nothing was weighed, that would have made it cheaper (: from experience, the workspace was already charged to you. Or did you prepare an invoice for it yourself?

Without the workspace, I already come to 327. I also inquired again, with us there is additionally a sloping surface in front of a basement window.
