The plot is 800sqm and a 120sqm bungalow is to be built on it. I don't think the excavation will fit entirely on the plot... So some of it would probably have to go to the landfill. And for that I then need a document to show that the soil is basically okay for the landfill?!

The soil is almost never okay! The costs also become transparent depending on the quality of the excavation. The report must not be older than 3 or 6 months before it is deposited away.

Yes and no. Not here. Here the landfill accepts it like that. They simply believe that it is uncontaminated stuff. In industrially more polluted areas, it might be different.

Is it really different from state to state? And is this something you and I need to know right now? After all, we have already built.

As of 2017, we removed soil in SH East and everything was done without any slips. I still have the weighing protocols. It was about three trucks full.

The construction site is Berlin. Since construction will not start until spring 2020, it would be pointless to do the analysis together with the geotechnical report already, wouldn't it?!

Just ask first in Berlin at a landfill if they even want to see it. Who is your disposer?

Do you mean the construction company? We (still) do not have a disposer as such.
