Costs of carpenter and roofer for a semi-detached house

Hello everyone,

what costs can I expect for 330m2 of roof surface on a newly built duplex? ALL services are included, i.e. from the roof truss to the roofing. There is no garage. The costs should only relate to the roof. I know that costs vary depending on the type and quality of the material. Please assume the mid-price range for everything. I am only looking for a large, very rough estimate or experience here. My research on the internet with all kinds of online calculators gives me €30,000. Is that realistic?

That can be 30,000 (definitely the absolute minimum), or also 150,000... the figures are so variable, nothing more precise can be said. Our roof including everything cost about 40,000 - 160 m²... nothing particularly special...
