We paid €42 gross per cubic meter for excavation for Z.1.1. However, only for the removal. We also had more expensive offers. Our arsenic level was slightly above the threshold.

About 29 thousand net just for disposal.
Soil analysis did not interest the deep foundation contractor (fortunately).
There were about 800m³ that had to be hauled away, which corresponds to about 60 trucks.

At first, I also thought that on an 1100sqm plot we would have to dispose of almost nothing...
No way, almost everything was hauled away, except for a few cubic meters that we can use for filling.
And if you’re unlucky, as was the case with us, you can completely dispose of the excavation for the workspace and fill it back up with expensive gravel or recycled material...

Of course, it always depends on the area; around here, all landfills are supposedly full because the excavation from this stupid train station in Stuttgart is distributed to all the landfills in the vicinity. Accordingly, costs naturally rise because the landfills simply double their prices at the turn of the year.

I already said next time without a basement and instead 3 floors.

But even then, you can be unlucky. A home builder a few houses down from us had to dig out half a basement because the ground was not stable enough, even though it was built with a slab foundation.

I am rather wondering how you arrive at 2000 m³, how big is your house, please??? We have a floor area of 120m² and come to about 800m³ at a depth of approximately 3.20m.

I have just received an offer, living in Schleswig Holstein. Only disposal of stored excavation was 11.50 euros net. I find that pretty good.
