Hello everyone,
can someone please tell me the approximate costs for the removal of excavation material. Please specify prices per cubic meter. Also happy to hear your own experiences. The excavation material is to be disposed of with us except for backfill material, as the property is too small to store it. Soil conditions are soil class 3-5. No contamination in the soil, so no concerns. An acquaintance said one should budget around 15,000 euros. Another said that's way too high, since only removal costs money and the excavation itself is included in the construction price for me.
Regards

That can vary greatly regionally. We paid about €16 (gross) per cubic meter. Get a quote per cubic meter. You can roughly calculate how much needs to be transported yourself: building volume + work area + possibly soil replacement.

Dispose of excavation material only or also dig out? Do you already have a soil survey? How many cubic meters are we talking about? I currently have some recent offers. Everything is between €19.50 and €30 per m3 (net) included. I don't think it's any cheaper in Bavaria. But it really is only the item "Baugubenaushub inkl. Abfuhr und Deponiegebühren". All other items are added (if worse soil class...). For us, it is 2000 m3.

Ask at the next landfill where you are allowed to dispose. Around here it costs between 6 euros up to 25 euros. Z0 contaminated excavation becomes really expensive. Whether the earthworks including loading are included, I would take from the offer. Trucks for the transport had a daily rate. Have the company that carries out the earthworks make you an offer.

Consider: the excavation volume before digging is a different value than after excavation and interim storage. This means there is significantly more soil on the pile, consequently also higher disposal costs.

I live in Franconia. For me, it was slightly less than 1500cbm. The €16.50 was loading + driving off + depositing. Believe me, those were very many trucks..
