Hello,

my question is, what costs do I have to plan for notary fees and the registration of a land charge.

Briefly the data:

Land price: €35,500
House price: €200,000
plus ancillary costs etc.

results in a financing requirement of €265,000 (of which €50,000 KfW 153 and €50,000 the other KfW program) so with the "normal" bank only €165,000 is financed.

How high is the land charge to be registered here? and what about the costs?

You can find five notary and land registry cost calculators on Google, which are quite accurate.

The land charge must cover your entire loan. So also the KFW loans.

where you have to be careful whether the accompanying bank wants a complete land charge or a separate one for the KfW loans (not uncommon)

Good morning, I have registered my mortgage loan +50,000€. The registration will be slightly more expensive, but I have no problems if additional financing becomes necessary. The 50,000€ are basically an additional reserve to the "bei euch hoffentlich" normally planned reserve. Regards
