in my land purchase contract from 07/21, a pre-notation for retransfer concerning the building obligation within 3 years for the selling municipality is recorded. I can apply for the deletion of the entry upon completion of the shell construction. The shell construction is now completed. I wanted to ask you how I can do this most cost-effectively? Well, I may be mistaken, but in our case it was rather the low three-digit amount - total, including costs for the notary, GBA, and municipality.
