It would be nice if you also read the threads you answer. At least the information the OP provides. Otherwise, it could simply lead to a superfluous post that lacks any added value. That's also a reason to get banned if the limit is reached.
I have read everything again and it says "we have started building the house," not we want to or we are planning. That means to me that earth has already been moved and at least the basement exists. If you can no longer change plans or don't want to, an unfinished attic or basement and no garden save a few euros.
