I wouldn't have thought that even the prices for the soil investigations would be so regionally different and/or have increased so much. At the end of 2020, we paid a full 750 EUR to a very experienced geologist... the "expensive" ones in the area cost 1000 - 1500 EUR. NRW/Niederrhein.

With a little searching, you can find a portal that provides [Baugrundgutachter]. I got one (two years ago) for 400 EUR. But then it was included in the house price with my [GÜ].
