Hello everyone.
In the near future, there may be a house purchase, which should be renovated, built in 1970. I have a cost question regarding this and the key data as follows: Basement (partially heated), ground floor and attic, floor area approx. 100 sqm, gas heating (2002) with regular radiators, mostly under the windows. I would like to have underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor. Question: If I remove the existing screed myself so that a heating engineer can start work from the concrete floor, practically like in new construction, what costs would I have to expect? The heating in the basement and attic should be retained!
Thank you in advance for any information.
Regards
