Cost of construction of access road and removal of excavated soil

Hello, how did the matter turn out, if I may ask? We are currently facing a similar situation.

The construction road was made by the shell construction company on the same day they started their work. About 80 m² of construction road, excavation about 20-30 cm (stored on the side, no disposal) and filled with RC. Costs about €1400. I thought that was okay and I was glad that the shell construction company did it at the same time and made the construction road according to their needs (driveway, crane, etc.). The excavated soil from this excavation and the excavation of the foundation slab (a total of about 60 m³) was stored on the side of the property, directly on the street. We then commissioned a separate disposal company, which was able to collect and transport the soil from the street 2-3 weeks later. Price about €2000.

We would have liked that, but unfortunately access on the side where we want to place the carport later is difficult (street lamp, sewage shaft), so we then have to consider whether we simply relocate the RC later or if there might be other solutions.

As far as I know, the RC can be relocated and used for the entrance. But I am an amateur and only had a brief conversation with a well-known civil engineer

Do I understand correctly that the construction road can be done by the structural engineer, the civil engineer, as well as the earthworks contractor, meaning trades that the [GU] sends, or is it then self-awarded? Or do my terms refer to the same thing?

Anyone who has an excavator, dumper, and plate compactor can create the construction road. A laser level would be an additional advantage.
