Cost of building permit in exemption procedure, new construction

sorry for reviving this old thread.... but I found it on Google.

In our release procedure, there was first an invoice from the municipality and then 2 weeks later almost the same invoice again (so 2x about 55€) from the district town.... so double rip-off.... but now it can finally start.....

Phew, ripped off a whole €110. Then I wish you good nerves for the construction phase.

Why the same fee? Presumably, both offices were involved and incurred expenses.
Just think about how much work time 110€ probably corresponds to and who pays the "rest," even though this is about your private pleasure ...

What does the fee statute of the city say about that? It prints all the fees the city can charge. There are fixed fees, but also "from" - "to" fees depending on the case or fees according to the value of the matter etc.
