Good morning,
This is my first post in the forum. My wife and I are about to buy a bungalow from the 70s. ~120 square meters, partially basemented to ⅔.
We are currently planning the costs for the renovation and would like to get an assessment from the forum. The following work is to be done:
We have invested some time in the research but still only have a rough idea of the costs.
That adds up to €160,000, plus 10-20% buffer.
What are your experiences? Do you think this is feasible?

We are currently planning the costs for the renovation and would like to get an assessment from the forum. The following work is to be done:
[*]Flat roof insulation (wood substructure which is still in good condition, so "only" new roof construction with insulation and bitumen
[*]ETICS for approx. 120 sqm wall area
[*]6 windows, front door and a 5m wide sliding door element
[*]Basement ceiling insulation
[*]New electrical wiring
[*]New sanitary pipes
[*]Heat pump + underfloor heating (the underfloor heating probably milled in the basement area, in the rest of the area screed removed, insulation and new construction)
We have invested some time in the research but still only have a rough idea of the costs.
[*]Roof renovation €40,000
[*]ETICS €30,000
[*]Windows + doors €25,000
[*]Basement ceiling €5,000
[*]Electrical wiring €15,000
[*]Sanitary (pipes), heat pump, underfloor heating €45,000
That adds up to €160,000, plus 10-20% buffer.
What are your experiences? Do you think this is feasible?
