I don't understand the suggestion with the basement.

If I build a basement, I still have about 300 sqm that I need to fill. A basement costs me 35,000 euros and I only save on the frost protection gravel under the house. The foundation is already included with the general contractor.
I don't want to create added value, but rather build the house on the plot and get a realistic assessment from experienced members.

Then just make a gradient sketch that is at least roughly to scale. Because:

On average, 1.9m must now be built up. The area is 15m × 27m = 405sqm.

That also means at least 770 m³ ... and that still has to be compacted so that you can build on it. Supposedly, you already have a well-compacted subsoil ... why not build on that? Then you just have to adjust the planning. And then ask for your data for the integrated foundation. What the general contractor sees as a requirement there.
