Cost breakdown from architect - realistic?

-Surveying costs 500 Eur for what? Cutting string framework, site plan? -Electricity+TV was already mentioned by Börgi -Approval 350.00 Eur? Acknowledgment procedure? -Have you already included lamps and curtains in the total costs -Kitchen?

I have already read several times about 1,500 Euro/sqm without external facilities, incidental building costs, etc.

260 sqm x 1,500 Euro = 390,000 Euro

How does that then fit with the mentioned cost breakdown of approx. 330,000 Euro incl. the above costs?

Hmm. The price for a house with this [WF] also seems rather low to me.... A few points have already been mentioned.

Not even 10 k€ in fees for the architect, structural engineer, and construction management. That seems very low to me. As a rule, at least 10% of the construction cost is calculated. So here approximately 30 k€ in fees. How is that possible??
