The ventilated living area is 165 sqm. Yes, the ventilation system is from Nibe. That is what it says on it. You can choose the level at which the heat pump runs on the inside unit. We almost always have it set to normal. It already makes quite a bit of noise there. I estimate that is about 70%. But the air in the rooms somehow still feels stale. At least that's the feeling. But maybe that's also because the house is still so new?

So to begin with, when there is exposed piping made of spiral seam pipes (which you have), retrofitting is very easy. You remove the pipe, cut off a piece, and reinstall it together with a silencer. Only one or two additional brackets with the (larger) diameter of the silencer should be necessary.

But:
Only if the length of the exposed pipe is sufficient for the silencer!
And the shorter the silencer, the lower the attenuation.

Hmm, well then I hope the length is sufficient. But it's not normal that it just isn't installed, is it? Otherwise, many people would have this problem. And the pipes are only surface-mounted in the utility room. Otherwise, they are in the screed or in the walls.

Tomorrow someone from the company that installed the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] is coming. Do I have to tolerate this volume or this strong sound transmission through the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] into all rooms? It seems that none of you have this problem. I can hear every noise from my washing machine in the living room right now, as if I had it right next to me.

No, these noises are not normal. Normally, you should not hear anything.

Best regards
