No, why should I go to that trouble? Only "Blau" is from me. As an expert and planner, I come across the most curious things ;-)
best regards

Hello everyone,

thank you first for the discussion.

In another forum I found a study. It states that in a single-family house it is not necessarily required to work according to the exhaust air principle. Thus, air circulation in the area of the doors is quite allowed.

Therefore, I would find it very practical to place the supply air valves there on the 1st floor, as I do not see many other options. After all, the unit should not be above the desk or bed and the rooms are not that big. The only thing is that I would arrange the exhaust air in the bathroom above the toilet...

Any concerns from you? Unfortunately, I have a gun to my head and have to decide by 3:00 PM today.

Thanks and regards
Robert

A supply air valve above a bed / desk does not matter. With us, there is a supply air valve in the ceiling above the bed. At a room height of 2.50 meters, you don't feel anything at all. I feel a breeze up to about 10 cm around the valve, after that the air currents are so sluggish that nothing is perceptible. Since the ducts run in the intermediate ceiling, you should be completely free to distribute the supply air or exhaust air, right?

According to Helios' planning book, the valves should not be positioned above a bed. Which type of valves have you installed, please?
