It also helps to hang up laundry instead of putting it in the dryer. In addition, in winter, I like to "air out" the bathroom into the living space after showering rather than out the window. Heating less also helps - but that is a bit too 1900s.

I want to have the enthalpy version offered directly instead of the Zehnder Comfoair Q350 TR for the above-mentioned reason.

How much more may the version cost?

Hmm actually nothing, but the usual surcharge is about 500-600.

Thanks for the info, I will have it offered and then pass on the information here. Retrofitting costs about €900.

A membrane is indeed more expensive than a piece of sheet metal. I would find it quite fair to offer a regular heat exchanger at a lower price than one that allows water vapor to pass through via a membrane. Conversely, the enthalpy heat exchanger variant must then be more expensive. One can argue about absolute figures.
