Hello everyone,

this year we are renovating a house that will have underfloor heating on the ground floor and upper floor. However, this can only be integrated into the home automation next year, which will then also make the ERR possible.

I don't want to install thermostats from the heating manufacturer in every room. Is it possible to control the heating at the actuators in such a way that we can manage a winter with proper ERR?

Or do you have a good idea for a temporary solution?

I have set it up so that we can manage throughout the whole year. Only now, after the heating technician changed something during the maintenance on the heating system, did I have to readjust. I also don't really know what one would want to change in terms of home automation on a underfloor heating system. It is far too sluggish to make changes on short notice.

So you don't have any room thermostats and the heating regulates itself solely through the outdoor temperature sensor?

Do you then adjust the flow rate on the controller to keep it, for example, a bit cooler in the bedrooms than in the bathroom?

I have now removed the actuators of the thermostats and turned the thermostats to 0, because the actuators consume power in the "open" position. In the bedroom and guest room, I have left the actuators on as a precaution and the thermostats still operating, but even there I have already significantly reduced the flow rate.

I control everything else via the flow rate and the heating curve.
