Consumer construction contract without land?

I just wanted to quickly throw the question into the group whether you would sign a consumer construction contract without having the property? Background: The house provider offers a property service. However, they only become active once the contract has been signed.

How many offered plots of land are you allowed to reject without paying damages or other contractual penalties?
In case of doubt, the homebuilder only wants your best, namely your money. Whether you like the individual plots of land does not interest the homebuilder. But you bind yourself to this company, even if you find a plot yourself.
If hidden cards (supposedly available plots) are being played here to get a signature on the contract, you should be very careful and have the contract examined very closely. I would walk away...

I would not sign a construction contract if I had not already seen the property. You enter into obligations without all important contract points being clearly defined.
