Hello,
Basically, the EEWG requires the use of renewable energies. If this is not the case here, the insulation must be 15% better than the Energy Saving Ordinance requirement. => Check documentation!
Junkers is not exactly a modulation world champion ;-) The separation of the heating surfaces is not optimal, one should try to concentrate on one type of heating surface, either underfloor heating or radiators.
The latter offer significant advantages with a heating system "ad libitum".

Best regards

@Marco 76

If I were you: Have a professional create a heat demand calculation.! In the end: In plain English: What does which heating system cost per month/year? Maintenance costs/installation costs included! We live in the moment anyway! A prominent politician once said: What do I care about my chatter from yesterday? Ok, that sounds a bit harsh now, but it’s mostly true. Because we are all supposed to save energy :rolleyes: Don’t let the whole efficiency craze drive you crazy, and think carefully about what is important to you. And above all, what can and want I financially afford.

Correct, future energy costs are substituted (reduced) by upfront investments. Consumption costs and investment, or capital service for this, should be in an economic ratio. The idea that you receive "gifts" from somewhere is mistaken.

We have meanwhile distanced ourselves from the offer, as you can find a billion things about the one provider on Google, ranging from dental technician to insurance guy, holiday homes, financiers – I believe there is nothing he doesn’t offer, which is very off-putting for us. In contrast, you can’t find anything about the construction company, which happens to have the same phone numbers as the construction planning office, located in the same village, only the managing director is different – about whom you also can’t find anything. So, it leaves too many questions open for us. Turnkey and the contradictions in the plans: the floor is included in the conversation but then not listed in the construction specification. However, for example, 100 m2 of tiles are listed, which are supposed to be distributed over 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen, which is unclear to me, as these are not large rooms. The location of the property was great, the offer seemed okay at first glance – but on closer inspection, well :-) Thanks anyway for your tip and advice.

Best regards
