I don’t quite understand why you feel attacked. We are currently fine with 300 € a month, they definitely didn't have that before I started studying. I had little money at the time and learned to manage it as effectively as possible. Where is the problem?

And – please don’t take this personally – the financial situation of the company is none of your business. As a self-employed person, you always bear a higher risk. Our family business has existed for over 40 years, we can assess the financial situation quite well.

Without high collateral, banks are rather reluctant to lend money to self-employed individuals, please keep that in mind... although you should already inquire in advance at a local bank.

Please just stick to the topic. I have no desire to continue talking about my financial situation. Wild speculations are being made here. Now I even have to listen to the fact that there are economic fluctuations and how high my gross income should be... Maybe someone will now also enlighten me that the Earth is round.

Alright then, fine: everything's great and awesome, it'll work out, fantastic! Honestly, what do you want to hear? You say you want to build and have money and are thrifty... you're a good one. Or what? Your house costs money, €1500 per sqm + land + ancillary building costs. Just do the math, but you don't need to post here for that... Or just skip the prose and ask for a cost estimate for house X

-.- I advised you to go to the bank to see what interest surcharges you have to pay as a self-employed person. That will strongly affect your rate and feasibility... you didn’t want to hear that.
