Construction prices mass suppliers (between Landsberg and Augsburg)

Sure, that certainly depends on the respective region since it's a franchise. We actually experienced the exact opposite, communication was great, always available when asked, even reachable on Sundays. Solutions were found for everything and only local craftsmen from the district were on the construction site.

And cheaper than local solid construction companies? I can't say, I don't really believe that either. The prices on the internet are also not realistic.

So you can say that you actually don't build with TuC, but with the franchise partner. That's what matters.

Was at three different companies that are franchise partners of "Stadt und Land." All three offers were approximately calculated according to my budget, but always significantly higher. Similar house models were selected, ancillary purchase costs were always slightly estimated differently, all contact persons were friendly. Meanwhile, I have found regional solid construction providers with a good reputation who meet my price requirements.
