We have the Bosch glm 150 professional, but it’s already older, however it really works with millimeter accuracy.

So, you can definitely offer drinks at 35° in summer. But we didn’t provide food either.
I agree with thoroughly reading into the topic, especially with individual trade assignments that doesn’t hurt. That way no one can tell you any nonsense.
We were on site as often as possible with a child, checked a lot, and questioned immediately. However, we had a construction supervisor who had been working with the respective companies for a long time, all trades were top people, and without him we wouldn’t have gotten to the companies at all, full order books. That was actually the biggest bonus we had.

In hindsight, I would have liked to have had an (independent) construction supervisor throughout the entire construction period and also have the planning subjected to an inspection by an expert.
