So that's what I found... but I didn't interpret it as a classic questionnaire. That doesn't fit here in this case at all. Because when it comes to the building itself, you are not strictly bound. The only thing is that the volume is consistent and you agree on a construction company. In the planning itself (floor plan, etc.) everyone is independent.
