Alone, €1400 is of course sufficient. In doing so, you probably forgo expensive hobbies and fancy vacations. Within a family, it would probably look different.

Ok, expressed a bit stupidly. Of course I know the full installment, I listed it above, but starting in April I will pay a full installment for the first time.

I don't really have expensive hobbies, you're right about that, but from the 1400€, I can even quite easily put aside 500€ more every month.

The 25% also refers to the pure monthly rate.
For you, that would be €1060 and if you do not consider the special repayment, only €830.
That would put you as a single person under 30%.

He won't be able to afford a Lamborghini with that now, nor a world trip. But with 1400€ per month, you can do quite a few nice things!
