ui that has become expensive. I pay €10 per year for online access. I have to be careful that I don't get forcibly switched at some point. A "good" score, as mentioned, is from 97.5 upwards. The stated 93% is not good, quite the opposite. On top of that, disastrous industry ratings... not good. Is it only that bad with SCHUFA or also, for example, with creditreform?

I'm curious, the new base score should be released in the next few days. Let me know then what comes out...

Can you also make inquiries at Creditreform, if yes free of charge?

And do mobile phone contracts always have a negative effect? For example, I have concluded some for myself and my parents, both parents have a tariff for 2.99 per month. I’m curious to see what score I have now. About 7 years ago I made an inquiry, I believe I was at 98.7 back then. But back then I was still single and only had a mortgage.

Don't drive yourselves crazy over a score... if there are no negative entries, do banks even reject a property financing at all?

As far as I understand, neither an ongoing loan nor a mobile phone contract negatively affects the score. It is more about payment behavior, so was a payment ever missed? Was there a reminder? Was a loan paid off early?

Sure. Data copy according to Art. §15 GDPR.

It is still unclear how the scoring is determined.
It is also said that if you have no entries at all, that is also bad because there are no clues to make the rating.
They supposedly don't use the place of residence, but in my experience, moving residence does have an effect. Probably signals instability.
Loans are apparently not bad either, because they show that someone has trust in the debtor. Especially if there are never any payment defaults, that is good. Small amounts, on the other hand, are negative because they indicate consumer debt.

But unfortunately, we will not find out.
