Why is there talk about the costs for the outdoor facilities now? The 3,000 EUR/m² are the pure costs for the house, even the eaves edge is not included, nor a terrace or paths.

By the way, I am just under 2 years after moving in including all furniture, kitchen, and other stuff at 2,200 EUR. But it was a lot of work, the last craftsman here was the staircase builder, after that everything was done by myself. Doors, floors, walls... 3,000-3,200 EUR/m², so 450,000 to 486,000... that will be the whole fun in the end including additional construction costs, outdoor facilities, photovoltaics, carport, shed, and garden.

P.S. By the way, if you ever want to hear an impressive number about the topic of EL? I renovated my house (two-family house) to almost KfW 40 standard. Of that, 60% was also (high-quality) fully renovated (only a little plaster remained on some walls). 40% was already in good condition, so I only tackled it energetically. All in, including outdoor facilities and incidental costs, I stayed well below €1,000/sqm (calculated all costs based only on 60% of the area). BUT: 95% own work. And optimized the purchasing. It just costs an enormous amount of time

Yes, a lot is possible with your own effort. I built my 211 sqm villa for 1355 euros per sqm, but it also took 3 years and was largely a one-man show, including the planning work.
