Hello and good evening to you all!

Since the weekend, we have had restrictions due to the Corona crisis. Basically, I welcome the step, but especially RIGHT NOW we have to contribute a lot of our own work on our new building. Unfortunately, we are bound by deadlines, so we can’t wait another 2 weeks now, because the construction company continues to work. It’s only 3 men and that is their job.

Legally speaking, I interpret the situation now as follows:

- me alone on the construction site: ok
- me with a buddy on the construction site: ok
- my wife, me and a buddy on the construction site: also ok
- my wife, me and 2 buddies on the construction site: not ok

Or do these restrictions only apply in the "public" space, but our building plot is "private" space, and therefore not affected?

As I said, this is meant to look purely at the legal issue now. The moral/health aspect is another matter….

What do you think?

Thanks, greetings and stay healthy!

Your private space is not a lawless space! Going to the construction site as a group of three probably isn’t allowed either! If the friend were family again, then it would be legally okay again.

But my wife and I are family, who are allowed to be together outside, no matter how large... so basically "1"... at least that's how I saw it....

Your buddy then holds on with 2. ( aside from the fact that this is a peculiar interpretation)

As said, 1+1 is not 1 Currently it costs 200€ immediately, without a first warning.

From your buddy's point of view, that doesn't work, from yours it does. So ergo no, not compliant.
