It depends on what is already included in the price.
We also searched for a while and looked at expensive providers (Schwabenhaus, Haacke), but were always below the price there as well... (pure house price)

These isolated prices are of little use in my opinion, as uninformed people will only misplan. One should always consider everything.

That was probably meant the other way around Pro sqm you calculate with about 2,000 EUR, then you are already at over 300,000 with you plus additional construction costs and whatever else belongs...

2000 EUR is quite a lot in my opinion. That was actually the most expensive price we heard during our search, and that was from Kampa, but that was also a KfW 40 house, with great insulation, own power generation and feeding-in, etc.
Otherwise, prices of 1300-1500 EUR were usual.
Maybe it’s cheaper in Berlin as well.
