Construction Costs in Southern Germany - Initial Rough Cost Estimate

Our architects here (Kurpfalz) rather calculate with GFA 350-450€ per m³. €/m² usually come from the general contractor. We have 590 m³ and 150 m² .... 590m³*400€=236,000€ 150m²*1750€=262,500€ //"normal standard" meaning architect quality What is correct now?

The architects we visited all calculated with €/m² (at least in preliminary estimates) Unclear what you mean with your example - that there is no uniform conversion factor? Or that the m³ was more expensive for you?

Actually, roughly the same amount should come out, no matter how I calculate!?

That depends on what is included in the costs per m² or m³.

Sure, but how do you come up with the values? 1600-2000 € / sqm comes from [Bauexperte] and the 350-450 €/m³?
