Our architect also calculated with €/m3. However, with €390 and we are now at about €440 (and we have neither marble nor bus...). We converted the calculation in €/m2 for ourselves. As a client, you can simply do more with m2 than with m3.

What is included in your €1900/sqm?

Also the architect and ancillary building costs?

I do not find the amount exaggerated. Friends of ours have also paid about 2,200 euros per sqm in southern Germany (area BW). So it should definitely be appropriate (provided it is a reputable provider).
