Construction costs for a 140m2 townhouse without a basement in Bavaria.

If I subtract my basement and the additional costs for the hillside location, I would come to about €350k with carport, fireplace, controlled residential ventilation, air-water heat pump, photovoltaic system, paved outdoor area at 138sqm and 2 full floors. Nürnberger Umland

I would do all the outdoor work myself, then I only have the material costs. I have trained in horticulture.

There are also a few "bigger" extras included with you, so it's logical that you exceed the 2000€ per m2. I have calculated purely the costs for the house, without the photovoltaic system, which will probably cost a nice sum as well. With carport, exterior facilities, and paving work, we are naturally also above that.

Then I'll ask you directly: What do 180 sqm of paving for carport, driveway, paths, house, and terrace cost me, including labor, assuming we go with the standard? An estimate is enough for me!
