I don't understand your question. He was talking about the m2 price for the house, not the entire surroundings, right?

It should be clear to everyone that there are additional costs on top of that.

Ultimately, it simply depends on the wishes and ideas of the builder; with fewer demands, you can easily stay below 2000€, with accordingly more, you can't :)

Yes, that is our planned house.

I haven't been in the business for 10 years. I am now an industrial glass master, I would have to find out how prices have developed. I can find out in the next few days and let you know.

I would say that you estimated well with €20,000. It depends on the requirements, which carport? which material for the stones? You shouldn't underestimate the substructure either. Almost anyone can lay concrete pavers on their own. I would only have the curbstones set, then you have your heights and the paving is no problem.
