Construction cost gradient West-East

Hello everyone,

pretty much all inquiries and assessments here relate to the BaWü, Bavaria, or RheinMain area. Are there relatively reliable figures on how much cheaper building in Saxony is?
Comparing the current BKI construction costs leads to little, as there are actually no comparable objects. Or rather, there are already houses calculated at 1100 €/sqm, which I consider rather unrealistic in the metropolitan areas.

I would be grateful for a few reliable figures.

We ended up at around €1400/m² for a Kfw70 house + plus painting work, incidental construction costs, outdoor facilities, and garage. (Contract conclusion end of 2012 - Completion mid 2014) Meanwhile, prices have probably risen a bit more.

Urban villa 125m², simple architecture, 36 cm aerated concrete, triple-glazed windows, heat pump with surface collector and underfloor heating, electric roller shutter on the terrace door, otherwise manual roller shutters. We paid additional charges during sampling for a floor-to-ceiling shower on the upper floor, an additional shower in the guest bathroom, a railing-bearing bolt staircase, and further additional charges in the trades of tiles, sanitary and electrical.

Just compare the local providers in the mid-price range, then you can quite well estimate how the prices differ. Harz to "DDR - Ostsee" hardly differs, for example. (I happened to pay attention to it during my vacation)
