I also got in touch with Almondia last year during the preliminary research phase. There was even a first non-binding consultation, because at that time I had two plots tied to developers, so it would never have come to a brokerage. However, I communicated that from the start, and they were still open to exchanging ideas. However, I am also in Berlin and was able to go to them. Whether someone from Almondia would have driven out in that situation, I doubt.
The conversation was relaxed and good, but did not go beyond general statements such as solid construction is not more expensive than prefab and prefab is not faster than solid (overall project duration), different building materials, and ancillary construction costs.
Almondia would have even gone as far as to skim through the construction service description and give me tips, but I did not follow up on that because a lot of time had passed until I finally signed my contract for work and I had absorbed a lot of knowledge here in the forum.
So I had quite good experiences overall, but it never got to the real project phase with Almondia for me. So I can’t say how they are overall.
