I can only share my experience with you. At that time, we didn’t have finished plans, but a good idea in mind and tried to stay as consistent as possible during the discussions – so that it would be comparable. Of course, they had different standard equipment included, but I took the trouble to break it down with Excel and inquiries to clean up the equipment. Both providers include the earthworks in their fixed price, which saves having to get another offer. Köhler even does the earthworks themselves with their own employees. AWS recommended to us: "The exterior walls will be built as massive, 36.5 cm thick Poroton brick masonry with a value of גּ=0.08 W/mk. For example, ThermoPlan S 8 or T 8." Köhler relies on 36.5 cm Ytong aerated concrete. I think you can also get other bricks on request.
