If you transfer the standards of Kage according to Town & Country, you will see where the price ends up.
Room height, KFW standards, clay roof tiles, quality of wooden beams, brick slips, wall thicknesses, number of windows, etc.

Hello Danixf, can you briefly comment again on what did not go particularly well with the two companies?

I just didn't have a good feeling about both of them. In personal conversations, you were basically pressured to sign something. We didn't have a plot of land, but that's just a small problem. They said we would find one quite quickly within our network.
I just knew beforehand that having no plot of land is anything but a small problem.
Then we had specific questions that were partially not answered satisfactorily from our side. On top of that, there were dubious prices that are not realistic, and the surcharge is paid later or you change your selection again. This change, amusingly, also costs money.
From acquaintances, I know, for example, that they suddenly had to pay a €50/sqm surcharge for their tiles on the entire ground floor because they opted for wood-look tiles, which are not standard. It’s not about the price per sqm of the tiles, but because the standard format is no longer applicable. Allegedly, not a word was said about this in their conversation.
I think if you have some knowledge about construction and the subject matter, then you can successfully and smoothly build with these companies. But if you have little knowledge and don’t ask the right questions, it will be much more expensive than planned.

I do not think the pressure is appropriate. One simply needs time to look around. Of course, everyone wants the customer to sign with them immediately, who wouldn't want that. I would always commission tiling on my own without intermediaries.

Hi. We built with Kage in Pinneberg. And we are extremely dissatisfied. Not a good company.

Oh. What went wrong? For us, apart from minor issues, everything is actually going really well.
