Concrete under downspout of roof gutters

Does anyone have an idea how to get rid of this?

Ask the culprit if he will help you! Otherwise: borrow suitable tools.

This occurred at the base slab. A chipping hammer would be an idea, a sledgehammer is a bit too close to the wall for me – and who knows where something might crack then?

Fortunately, our site manager has now seen it "live" – the bricklayers / floor tilers are coming and will fix it :-)

Is the thing connected to the wall? Otherwise, you could also use the angle grinder and first separate it

That is firmly stuck, I suspect it is connected to the base plate. With Flex, you would first have to remove the downpipe again.

How did your roofer (or whoever) even come up with the idea to install it like that? :confused:

That wasn’t seen before... Only when I started digging a bit to try the connection did it come to light. There was nice sand on top...
