Well, I would also rather advise against click vinyl. Instead of tiles, we decided on Microcement Design for the living room. It is only about 3 mm thick and is applied over the old tiles. It also looks very exclusive. This way, you basically save the step with the vinyl and have a durable floor that also works well with underfloor heating. I am also happy to share the contact of the company, but I don’t want to advertise here.

No, I would say you are looking at 60-80€ per sqm. Depending on how many sqm and which provider you have or what you arrange with the business.
