Mamo, we are not opposed to it. You just need to provide some numbers. Because civil engineers, like architects, are bound by the HOAI. Same service, same money. But the civil engineer probably won’t do service phases 1-8, so he may cost less than an architect, but with less service.
That there are architects and civil engineers who violate the HOAI is nothing new though.
