Question: What slope should the pipes have? I often hear that the executors have learned "2% slope." However, when I deal with it, these 2% are more of a maximum limit. That means less is often more here. At what depth should the pipes be laid? Between the connection shaft and the incoming pipes, there will be a steep drop slope. I think 0.8m-1m should actually be fine. Deeper wouldn't make sense, right?

Your plan says 1:100, that means 1%. The pipe depth then develops according to the slope. If you start at 80 cm, you end up at 110 cm after 30 m. Does any of the experts know why in a [Mischsystem] the connections should run separately? That looks strange to me...

Why should drainage be done at all 4 corners of the house? One side is sufficient; in this case, I assume the gable sides are on the right and left, right? Then I would equip the left side with downspouts, please not on the right, as the garage will presumably be there, and as few pipes as possible should be laid beneath buildings. I would forgo the inspection chambers, at least in the area of the rainwater; if there is really ever a problem, it can be excavated and repaired given the shallow depth. Unless they are required in the development plan. The depth should be 0.80 m (frost-free). I would also recommend choosing DN 125 or DN 150 for the rainwater; the additional cost is low, and the pipe is adequately sized for heavy rain events. For wastewater, I would also go with DN 125 in the outdoor area.

Personal experience with the last house about 5-6 years ago. Acceptance of the drainage pipes a total of 3 times, until finally everything was installed and processed exactly as specified in the planning. This also meant that all trenches remained open for a longer period of time, as they were only allowed to be backfilled after acceptance. It was not our problem, but still annoying. So I would a) build as approved or b) adjust the planning and have it approved again.
